What we do

We help visitors see Bosnia and Herzegovina comfortably and privately. Some guests want everything arranged — airport pick-up, driver, hotels and a day-by-day plan. Others need one piece: a transfer to Mostar, a rental car or a family apartment. Either way, the process is the same: you tell us what you need, we send a written, itemised quote, and nothing is booked until you accept it.

How we work

• Written quotes, itemised. Car, driver, hotels, guides and tickets are listed separately, with the payment and cancellation terms. See how booking works.
• Realistic plans. Drive times come from map data and are adjusted for mountain roads; we would rather suggest fewer places than rush you.
• Private only. No shared coaches or fixed group departures.
• No online payment. This website only collects requests.

Our travel guides

The travel journal answers the questions guests ask us most: how to plan a first trip, entry rules, driving, the best season, family and halal-friendly travel. Each guide lists its sources and the date it was last checked. Time-sensitive details — visa rules, timetables, opening hours and ticket prices — always point to the official source, because they change.

If you find something out of date, please tell us through the request form; we correct it and update the review date.
