How booking works

Quick answer

You send a request, we reply with a written quote listing every service, the total price and the payment and cancellation terms, and you can change it freely. A booking exists only after you accept the quote and we confirm it in writing. This website takes no payments.

What a quote includes

Every quote is written for your dates and group and lists:

  • The plan — day by day, with towns, overnight stays and drive times.
  • Each service — airport transfers, car and driver or rental car, hotels and room types, guides and any tickets you asked for.
  • The total price and what it does and does not include.
  • Payment terms — how, how much and when.
  • Change and cancellation terms — these depend on the hotels and suppliers in your plan, so they are written into each quote.
  • How long the quote is valid, because hotel availability changes.

What determines the price

Cancellation and change terms depend on the hotels and services in your plan, so they are written into each quote. Read them before you accept. This website takes no payments; how and when you pay is also stated in your quote.

How do I pay?

The payment method, amounts and dates are written in your quote. This website never asks for card details.

Can I change the plan after I confirm?

Usually yes, depending on the hotels and services involved. The change and cancellation terms in your quote explain what is possible and what it costs.

How can I be sure a payment request is genuine?

Only follow the payment instructions in your written quote and confirmation. If anyone asks you to pay to different details, do not pay — contact us first through the channels on this website.
