This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you send a request, we receive the information you type into the form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), country of residence (optional), travel dates, number and ages of travellers, the services you are interested in and your message. We also record the page language and the page you came from, so we can reply in the right language.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request: to check availability, prepare a quote, and — if you decide to book — to arrange the services in your confirmed plan. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who else sees it

• The service that delivers the form to us (named in the form settings of this website when it is connected).
• If you book, the hotels, drivers and guides in your plan receive only the details they need (for example names and arrival times).

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed to answer you. If you book, we keep booking records for as long as the law requires.

Cookies and storage

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store your language choice and a trip-planner outline on your own device, so the site can show them again; you can clear them in your browser at any time. If cookieless visitor statistics are switched on, they count visits without identifying you.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us through the channels shown on this website.
