Is sending a request a booking?

No. A request only asks us for a quote. Nothing is reserved or charged until you accept a written quote and we confirm it in writing.

What if my dates are not fixed?

Tick "My dates are flexible" and give a rough month. We can suggest dates when hotels or prices are better.

Which language will you reply in?

Choose English, Arabic or Bosnian in the form. We reply in the language you select.

What do you do with my details?

We use them only to answer your request and prepare your quote. The privacy notice explains what we keep and for how long.
